Plant & Equipment

As one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned construction companies, Cascade Construction Limited has always invested heavily in plant and equipment. We have a six-person team at a 6,000m² yard facility in Lower Hutt dedicated to the storage and servicing of it.

We recently purchased and set up a second yard in Levin of circa 20,000m², of which roughly half is dedicated to LTM plant. This allows storage of large equipment and plant, and space to prefabricate building elements. We are also constructing a large facility at the Levin yard for the offsite storage of materials and equipment for our various projects.
