Victopia Apartments is a 15 storey, 204 unit building in Central Auckland. Structural issues were identified, including failure of the fibre cement cladding of the facade, which was breaking and falling off.

Project Description
Cascade Construction Limited were commissioned to remediate these issues with a full top-to-bottom reclad, as well as fixing problems with passive fire protection and membranes. Occupants of the building move are able to move in and out as we progressed up the structure, to minimise disruption to residents. The building is fully scaffolded and served by three construction hoists enabling personnel and materials to move around the structure.
