Project Description
The extension will include a transition area, a production area over three floors, a finished goods warehouse, and facilities. The construction will also include new silo tanks, a concrete yard, a staff car parking area, and perimeter fencing.
The works will include new timber piling, steel framing, a mix of concrete and metal-clad walls, a mix of metal cladding and membrane roofing, external escape staircases, perimeter fencing, and new service connections for power, lighting, data, hydraulics, and drainage.
